Terms of Service

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use MetaSheep for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by MetaSheep at any time.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

By submitting User Content, you grant MetaSheep a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant us the license described above. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MetaSheep and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The MetaSheep name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of MetaSheep. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaSheep:

• Excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Service and the use of this Service (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law)
• Does not warrant that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Does not warrant that the information on the Service is accurate, complete, or current

In no event shall MetaSheep, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months prior to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
